From documenting reality to crafting it through cinema, Kood marks my transition into fiction as a Director of Photography. My journey as a documentary filmmaker has always been rooted in capturing truth as it unfolds, but this film allowed me to build moments, shape light, and design emotion frame by frame. It has been a deeply fulfilling shift—from observing stories to visually creating them. Kood represents a new chapter, one I step into with gratitude for the team and the learning that came with it.
